What is the material used?
All of our items, unless otherwise noted, are made with high quality stainless steel. Items are then coated with 14k gold plating, before the professional firing process. Resulting in a long lasting, durable piece of custom jewelry.
How long does it take for delivery?
Each custom item is made-to-order. Please note the additional time needed for delivery.
- 10-14 days to create
- 3-5 days for delivery with USPS first class shipping
- an additional 1-2 days for processing and handling
In total, our custom items arrive consistently at 3-4 weeks from your order date. Please see the "shipping" tab, for our full policy details.

Can it get wet?
Our use of premium materials, along with a professional creation process results in high quality and lasting jewelry.
For longevity sake, we recommend keeping your item away from sweat and water the best you can. However, we have had many customers wear their items in water, with fantastic results.
Due to our high quality materials, and avoidance of copper, our items will never turn green, or result in skin color change.
Do you offer refund and returns?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us directly on facebook messenger, instagram DM, or E-mail. Our dedicated customer service care provider should respond in 1-3 days. Due to our items being custom made, we can not accept returns. But this does not mean you are not covered.
